Karen is a project manager at heart and handles each of her clients' transactions as projects with very specific criteria, timelines and budgets. Following a long and rewarding career with Marriott International in facilities and property management, asset management and commercial real estate, Karen chose to put her experience, energy and expertise to work for her clients in the Florida real estate market. 

Geri, a seasoned real estate expert, has roots that can be traced to Michigan, but grew up in Tampa. She has been a Dade City resident for over 35 years and currently resides in Lake Jovita. Geri has worked throughout the Central Florida market since beginning her real estate career in 2005 and is uniquely qualified to understand the needs of both current and future residents. 

Geri and Karen formed the Southern Tide Team in 2018. Their mission is simply to exceed clients' expectations by providing support and services that go above and beyond the typical standard. They are #1 in sales in Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club.
